July
It started out with July 4th weekend. My best friends from college (known as T.P.T.: Stephenie, Heather, Lorrie and Crystal) always get together every year. It's a tradition that we have worked very hard to maintain and to date, have been successful. We have lived on every coast (at one time) and now have gone international (thanks to Heather moving to Germany)...This year was a special time because not only were WE able to be together, but all of the kids were able to come, too. As of June 8, the TPT clan has grown to include 5 "TPT Tots"...Lorrie's crew: Shelby, Trey, & Hannah and Heather's crew: Madelyn and Ben.

Cross Canadian Ragweek Concert
July 10 was my last official day at Kraft and on that day, I lost my company car. Since my personal car was in Mississippi, I was stranded without a vehicle....After some research into car rentals I found that one-way rentals are WAY more expensive than a last minute airline ticket. My wonderful sister and brother-in-law had some time on their hands and offered to drive up to NWArkansas and get me....They arrived on Wednesday in time for a happy hour with my friends at the Shadow Valley C.C. and then we "toured" the area on Thursday and concluded the day with a Cross Canadian Ragweed concert with my friends Holly and Michael. Thanks Sarah and Elliott for driving 10 hours to pick up your "old" sister!
Below are some candid shots from the party....never a dull moment and always a good time :)

Bittersweet
Today ends my 5.5 year run with Kraft Foods. Bittersweet. It's been said that the people make or break an organization. Kraft is known for hiring only the best, but they are also known for having quality individuals. These people have been like family to me and I will cherish their friendships always. Because of Kraft, I have lived in places that I never thought that I would and have many incredible opportunities that most people only imagine. I will always be thankful for that.
On Monday, I will begin a new chapter called the Dr.Pepper/Snapple Group. I will be the Category Advisor for the warehouse businesses. These categories include mixers, Motts applesauce and juice, Hawaiian Punch, etc. I am really excited about this opportunity and hope and pray that I will be able to do what they have hired me to do. I will remain in Bentonville. Please keep me in your prayers as I make this transition!!
Forgive my short post on this. Today is very bittersweet.
